Work from Sanggar with Izhar Fathurrohim Wijaya
WFS with Izhar Fathurrohim Wijaya (@sorekamari)
Tired of working alone in your room or at the same old café? Bring your work to the *Sanggar* instead.
Work from Sanggar is a series at Sanggar Ikhtiar that invites us to work together in a shared space. For each edition, we invite an individual or community to spend the day working at the studio. Bring your laptop, sketchbook, assignments, or unfinished manuscripts. There are no formal materials or presentations—just working side-by-side, interspersed with conversations about work processes, habits, creative blocks, and whatever else comes up during the day.
The first edition features Izhar Fathurrohim Wijaya (@sorekamari), a facilitator at Sanggar Ikhtiar and a graphic designer whose work spans art, culture, and community development. Beyond his type design and graphic work at Kiwari Kolektiv Studio and his publishing and Risograph printing practice at Graphic Handler, Izhar actively weaves together knowledge across various networks through Sanggar Ikhtiar. He has also served as an associate curator for FKSM 2025 in Cirebon and was involved in the curatorial work for the Coastal Community Conference.
Bring your work, sit together, and swap stories. You might just find a fresh perspective on the tasks you usually tackle in solitude.
Feel free to come alone—you’ll get to know everyone soon enough.
